When will yearbooks be delivered?
Yearbooks ordered by the April 15 deadline will be distributed to students at school before the last week of classes. Late orders will be shipped directly to your home for an additional shipping fee.
Can siblings share one yearbook?
Yes! Simply list the student you'd like the book delivered to when placing your order.
Will students be able to collect autographs?
Absolutely! Students are encouraged to bring their yearbooks during the last days of school for classmates and teachers to sign. Each book includes space in the front and back for autographs.
Why choose the hardcover?
The hardcover option is more durable and holds up well for elementary-aged students. It adds approximately $6.95 to the cost of the yearbook.
Will extra copies be available?
A limited number of softcover yearbooks may be available through the school office while supplies last. If you miss the deadline, you can still order directly through TreeRing and have your book shipped to your home.
Can I purchase a recognition ad?
Families of 5th grade students can purchase a ¼-page recognition ad for $25 to celebrate their student's elementary school graduation. Recognition ads must be submitted by April 1.
Should I write my student's name inside the yearbook?
You certainly can! Every yearbook is also labeled with the student's name and teacher before distribution to help ensure each book reaches the right student.

THE GARDEN
The Wildcat Mountain Elementary Garden is one of the largest school gardens in the district—and one of our students' favorite places to learn! With vegetable beds, grape vines, a corn patch, composting areas, and a beautiful sunflower house, the garden provides hands-on opportunities for students to explore science, sustainability, and the joy of growing something from seed to harvest.
Throughout the year, students and volunteers work together to plant, maintain, and care for the garden. We always welcome extra helping hands during Garden Work Days, whether you have a green thumb or are simply willing to pitch in.
Volunteer with the Garden
We're looking for parents and community members to help keep our garden growing! Volunteers assist with seasonal clean-up, garden maintenance, class projects, planting, harvesting, and planning future improvements.
If you'd like to help cultivate this special space for our Wildcats, we'd love to hear from you! Please contact the PTO to get involved.
SPARK
SPARK transforms an ordinary school day into a day of discovery. Through hands-on workshops led by parents and community members, students explore new interests, develop creative skills, and discover passions they may carry with them for years to come.
From gardening and art to STEM, yoga, sports, crafting, and community service, every SPARK Day gives students the opportunity to create, explore, move, and learn in fun and meaningful ways.
Share Your Passion
We're always looking for volunteers to lead a SPARK session! Whether you have a favorite hobby, a unique skill, or a profession you'd love to share, we'd be thrilled to have you inspire our Wildcats.
No teaching experience is required—just enthusiasm and a willingness to make a difference.

CARE CLOSET
The Wildcat Mountain Elementary Care Closet provides students and families with easy access to essential items, including non-perishable food, toiletries, and other everyday necessities. Thanks to the generosity of our school community, we're able to help support families throughout the year.
We gratefully accept donations, and our most-needed items are updated regularly based on current needs. If you'd like to help, please view our SignUpGenius to see what's needed most.
Donations can be dropped off at the school office and will be delivered to Misty Buhler.
Thank you for helping care for every Wildcat!
BOOK FAIR
The book fair happens twice a year, once in the fall and once in the spring. The spring book fair is a Buy One Get One sale.
We need volunteers to set up, cashier and pack up the book fair so please reach out if you would like to help!
The fall book fair is scheduled for September 22nd-25th.
Please contact Michelle Corbelli at mu.corbelli@gmail.com or Faith Hanks at Fehanks@gmail.com with questions or to volunteer.
